Stop Procrastinating - Get Things Done

We all do it, or am I the only one?

"I really want to be able to write consistently, to go to the gym on a regular basis, to be super disciplined about creating new materials for you guys... but somehow...I look at that last facebook post about a new kind of backpack that holds a computer, a water bottle, a script or three and has a sunglass pocket and...down the black hole I go..."

I resurface weeks if not months later, ok I exagerate - a little....

So how do you stop the rot?
