Step ONE - Drink water - Hydrates the brain - at least a pint or two

Step TWO - Ask power questions

Step THREE - What am I most grateful for?

Step FOUR - What 3 things am i going to love to create today?

The idea is to train your brain so you put this new habit on auto pilot - get the idea?

Try it for a few days, and notice the difference...
