What People Are Saying:

I often find that visualising and embodying the physical confidence of a performer I admire helps me get out of my head. When I want to switch things up and achieve the same result I sometimes imagine there is a space( usually a circle) to my side. Once I step into this space I visualise a scenario where I am at my most confident. Once I am in this zone I am always more excited than nervous to get in front of the casting director. My favourite one is playing the audition over in my head in slow motion and imagining myself leaving with the knowledge that I GOT THE PART!

That awful feeling of being a doomed venture has lifted. Everything feels lighter and more fun.Way more positive. And more resourced.I meditate every day. I've got more of a plan. I'm working through the material in the course and feel more responsible for myself - less like a victim. My day job has become easier - and I'm grateful to it sustaining me until I can step off it into more acting work.

I'm still doing my morning routine, and I'm now more focused on my goals and my thinking throughout the day. I'm also being kind to myself when I need to be, as this is a tough time for so many of us at the mo.

"By putting up my self tapes on my media platforms, I have gotten some audition requests. I have been more open to apply for paid work that require self-tapes. I am now actively looking for an agent. I no longer think 'this wont happen' I now think 'It is happening' Everything is going how I want it to go!"
